略歴：
1998年に東急不動産に入社。不動産鑑定、IT投資・運用部門、財務部門、オフィスビル運営部門などを経て、2017年からスタートアップ共創事業に従事。Plug and Play Shibuya powered by 東急不動産をはじめ、9つのスタートアップ共創施設の開業に関与。また、社会課題解決活動や地域創生活動にも携わり、大手企業とスタートアップ企業、大学、自治体、中小企業とのコラボレーションを実行。これまで20以上のコミュニティ企画・運営に関与し、コミュニケーションコストゼロのまちづくりを目指して活動を続けている。

Professional Background:
Joined Tokyu Land Corporation in 1998. After gaining experience in real estate appraisal, IT investment and operations, finance, and office building management, began working in startup collaboration projects in 2017. Played a key role in the opening of nine startup collaboration facilities, including Plug and Play Shibuya powered by Tokyu Land Corporation. Engaged in activities aimed at solving social issues and regional revitalization, executing collaborations among large enterprises, startups, universities, municipalities, and SMEs. Currently involved in planning and managing over 20 community initiatives, striving to create a city with zero communication costs.
