Actively supports business development and fundraising of portfolios across North America, Europe, Japan, and any global regions. Organizer of XTC Japan, the regional round of world's largest purpose-driven startup competition, and AI GameDev, a startup competition by Europe's largest AI consortium Cyber Valley. Prior to IT-Farm, Shinya was an entrepreneur who co-founded/developed new businesses of international and Japanese tech startups for 20+ years.
