インクルージョン・ジャパン株式会社 取締役。東京大学工学系研究科修了。P&Gを経て、ライフネット生命保険株式会社（当時　ネットライフ企画）の創業に参画。同社上場後は、ベンチャーキャピタルである、インクルージョン・ジャパン株式会社を創業し、ベンチャー投資と、大企業での新規事業開発コンサルティングに従事。主な支援先ベンチャーに、日本最大級のC2Cマーケット「ココナラ」や、累計210億円以上を調達した国内最大の宇宙開発ベンチャー「アイ・スペース」などがある。現在は、ESGに特化したVCファンド「ICJ２号ファンド」の立上げ・運営に従事し、ゼロボード社・サステナクラフト社を初めとした脱炭素・ESG領域で高い成長を誇る企業への投資・支援を行っている。

Director, Inclusion Japan K.K. After working for P&G, he participated in the founding of Lifenet Insurance Company (then Net Life Planning Co., Ltd.). After the company went public, he founded a venture capital firm, Inclusion Japan K.K., and has been engaged in venture investment and new business development consulting for large companies. His major venture support clients include "Coconara," one of Japan's largest C2C markets, and "i-Space,"Japan's largest space development venture, which has raised over 21 billion yen in total. Currently, he is engaged in the establishment and management of the "ICJ2 Fund," a VC fund specializing in ESG, and is investing in and supporting high-growth companies in the decarbonization and ESG fields, such as Zero Board and Sustainacraft.
